Client: American multinational information technology company based in Spring, Texas. It is a business-focused organization which works in servers, storage, networking, containerization software and consulting and support.

The Technology Consultant Provides technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams.

He is responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers's business needs and, consequently, for understanding customers's businesses.

The role requires that the employee is able to maintain knowledge of leading edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge.

Technology Consultants might focus on specific Portfolio areas, e.g. Cloud, Mobility, SAP Basis, Storage & Archiving, Networking, Unified Communications, IT Consolidation/Migration/Transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology consulting services to external customers and internal project teams.

• Deliver technical support and/or leadership in the design and implementation of technology solutions aligned with customers’ business needs.

• Develop a strong understanding of customers’ business environments and objectives to ensure effective solution delivery.

• Contribute to the creation and delivery of technology solutions that address business and technical requirements.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of leading-edge technologies as well as industry and market trends.

• Collaborate with project teams to support successful implementation of technology solutions.

• Potentially specialize in specific portfolio areas, such as Cloud, Mobility, SAP Basis, Storage & Archiving, Networking, Unified Communications, and IT Consolidation, Migration, or Transformation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience

• Must have a minimum of current SC clearance NSC04 (UKIC Only)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• A Master’s degree in a related field may be considered an advantage.

• Entry-level certifications relevant to the field are often required.

• Intermediate-level certifications in the relevant area of expertise may be an advantage.

• Ability to maintain knowledge of modern technologies and industry trends.

• Strong understanding of business and technical environments.
