Job Description
Working with decision-makers and Key / End users, gather requirements and recommend optimal business processes relative to Delfoi functionality
Conducting a functional assessment at a client site within the Delfoi planning areas
Configure and test ERP to perform specific functionality to satisfy business requirements
Assist with full site implementations and upgrades, which include pilot testing, data validation, development of data transformation rules and governance procedures, and post implementation support
Troubleshoot Delfoi anomalies and process issues
Maintain documentation
Interact with business users for problem solving and automation of business processes.
Identify and communicate opportunities to improve current processes and procedures
Assess impacts of system changes and ensure effective delivery of application functionality and integration.
Liaising between client and developers to help define custom programming needs
At least 5-7 years of hands on experience with implementing or supporting Delfoi applications. Candidates with experience in implementing and supporting Delfoi planner in a manufacturing/planning environment strongly preferred.
Strong Delfoi functional knowledge in your area of expertise. Business experience in same domain area is preferred.
Demonstrated experience with the creation of Functional Specifications, creation & execution of test cases
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences Additional Specific Requirements
Support Tickets, resolve within the SLAs set by customer
Understand Business Requirements, Translate to Technical design, and help realize the code
Develop Reports
Communicate technical issues, key insights, and findings to the team
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to add better value to the Customer Qualifications
Functional knowledge in your area in LN Manufacturing / supply chain . Finance or Business experience in same domain area will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated experience with the creation of Technical Specifications, creation & execution of test cases
