• Job Description:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent)

• 10+ years of relevant work experience

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Knowledge of all aspects of the software engineering process

• Coordination and leadership skills

• Provide leadership and direction to the Testing Team

• Responsible for leading the team and supporting assigned work packages to deliver work to agreed timescales and quality

• Identify and meet demand for testing define and maintain test strategies and plans

• Experience in a wide variety of testing efforts, techniques, and tools

• People skills, especially diplomacy and advocacy skills

• Planning and management skills

• Technical & Commercial Knowledge

• Experience in building custom test automation framework using open-source tools

• Proficient with any one of the programming languages (Java, C#, or Python )

• Functional testing know is key especially in application domain
