We are looking for a talented Web Developer specialised in Accessibility to join our team of Design Technologists and Software Developers. As a Web Developer, you will ensure our ad campaigns and products meet the highest standards of Accessibility, performance and reliability. You will actively collaborate with QA Engineers to resolve defects across our existing ad campaigns as well as support with the development of new accessible experiences. By joining our team at Client, you will directly impact the experience of thousands of customers by making our products and services accessible to all.
Key job responsibilities

Remediate and develop Accessible web experiences

Drive innovation and streamline overall development processes for Accessibility

Improve our suite of reusable components and design systems

Use open-source and internal software to improve the team’s efficiency and quality of work

Basic qualifications
-
+3 years of experience (non-internship) in professional front-end, web or mobile software development companies

Extensive knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)

Experience with Accessibility testing tools such as BrowserStack, Axe and Lighthouse

Experience with assistive technologies such as VoiceOver

Experience with agile development and best coding practices including peer code reviews, unit testing and continuous deployment

Experience building scalable, distributed, front-end experiences

Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript

Experience with JavaScript libraries such as React Reference: 24-02055
