Role Description- L3

· Experience in Microsoft Active Directory Services (DNS, WINS, DHCP, FRS, and Client) and enterprise management

· Trouble shooting of Windows 2003, 2008, 2012 and 2016 flavors and build knowledge

· Expert in ITIL Process

· Expert knowledge of VMware technologies (vCenter and vSphere). Recommended version 6.x

· Working knowledge of Cloud will be added advantage

· Proficient in TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS technology, VLAN, Port Group.

· Experience in troubleshooting the VMware environment.

· Managing Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016 mix mode environment.

· An understanding of performance, backup, security issues, and registry settings.

· Follow strict change management procedures

· Manage domain, user/computer objects, accounts, and permissions

· Understanding and experience with WSUS.

· Experience with system security requirements and server hardening practices.

· Experience with Cisco UCS, Client, Dell and IBM hardware exclusively Blades.

· Ability to make strategic hardware and software recommendations.

· Designing and implementing Microsoft Clustering and load balancing.

· Installation and support of Applications in large environment.

· Experience in Backup software client installation and troubleshoot.

· Knowledge about SCCM, SCOM, TSM will be added advantage
