Windows Admin

Roles and Responsibilities:

Experience on Windows Server OS admin functions - Win 2008/2012/2016/2019

Solid understanding of IIS and experience in implementations

Understanding of SQL including Availability Groups, SSRS and data migrations

Solid Understanding of Windows Failover Clustering, DNS, Active Directory, AD Domain Trusts

Excellent problem-solving skills

Must be self-motivated and be able to work autonomously

Good analytical and communication skills

Technical Documentation experience

Skills /Competencies

• Essential:

• Minimum 3 - 5 Years of experience in Windows/VMware Infrastructure

• Communication and interpersonal skills

• Client focused, Great team spirit, autonomous and rigorous

• Effective time management

• Should possess industry standard certifications for Windows domain

• Should be well versed with ITIL concepts and more specific understanding of Service operations activities.

• Ability to work effectively as a team leader

• Working across cultures

• Preferred:

• Exposure to / Worked with IIS and database

• Windows Administration hands on experience

• SCOM, SCCM experience

• Additional Skills:

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, written & verbal

• Experience managing technical team/s and service relationships
