Windows 10 Image Maintenance, Updates, Servicing

Create/Edit/Delete/Deploy SCCM Client Policies

Create/Edit/Delete Collections, Reports

Create/Edit/Delete/Deploy Software Updates, SCEP\Windows Defender Policies, Compliance Rules

Create/Edit/Delete/Deploy Software Applications/App-V, Win 10 Patching

Work on Imaging Tickets

Creation of OSD SOP/Run Books

L1 Training to SD Agent/RDS

Technical Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

Graduate in any Discipline

Experience in Handling Windows Imaging Project

Good Command on ImageX or similar tool

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)

• Good documentation skills

• Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE (Including MS Project and Visio)

• Should have a great customer handling skills

• Able to handle unforeseen situations

• High level of acceptance

• Can drive Client’s value and its methodology

Other Skills / Experience

Experience in Linux/Unix platforms installation & imaging.

Experience in Microsoft’s OEM Pre-installation Kit (OPK) tools

Experience in software development, processes, and methods

QA/Software Testing/Troubleshooting experience.

Knowledge of PXE and DHCP functionality
