• Relevant Experience: 8+ Years of experience in windows + VMware (AD & SCRIPTING) do confirm the years of exp of candidate against this point

• Qualification: Bachelors / Masters / Equivalent

• Certification: MCSE (Essential), VCP, (Essential), ITIL (Would be added advantage)

•  Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)

•  Should have an excellent customer handling skills

• Good in Powershell Scripting for managing Day-to-day operation tasks

• Proficient in Veritas Storage solution

•  Proficient in Microsoft OS. In-Depth knowledge of Active Directory and DNS structure

•  Strong Knowledge of Windows 2000, 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016 & 2019 Server and trouble shooting skills;

•  Strong in File and Print Server Management, Windows Failover Clustering, Windows Hyper-V, Storage Spaces Direct (S2D)

• Knowledge in Windows Security; experienced in Antivirus products

•  Ability to implement AD infrastructure.

• Knowledge in doing Recovery of AD Domain Controllers, DNS, WINS, DHCP servers

•  Hands on experience of Domain Controllers replication configurations

•  Good Exposure to Group Policies creation, their testing and implementation.

• In-Depth knowledge of DHCP servers designing and planning

•  Should have good working experience on RAID management and Array controller.

•  Should have good knowledge & troubleshooting skills on MS Clusters, Windows Load Balancing

•  Should have expertise in backup products & Expertise in protocol suite and command line utilities

•  Should have worked with OEM hardware (DELL/Client/IBM), & remote connectivity tools

•  Should have worked with more than one patching (WSUS & SMS) & antivirus tools

•  Knowledge of Windows Registry, including knowledge of modifying system

•  Registry to support installed applications and document configuration.

•  Good Knowledge on FSMO Roles assignment in AD environment

•  Good Proficiency in System Fault Tolerance Design, Business continuity and Disaster recovery planning

•  MCSE (Essential), VCP, (Essential), ITIL (Would be added advantage)

•  VMWare Infrastructure Administration and management

•  Installations for security patches, functional patches and version upgrades

•  Performance tuning of ESX server. Document support processes

• Security Policies: Work together with the security team, identify the server venerability issues and resolving them

• Proficient on VMware technologies like:-VMware High-Availability, VMware Vmotion, VMware DRS, ESX and vCenter upgrade, VVOLS/VSAN

• Able to Provide 2 nd /3 rd level systems support

• NOTE: Candidate have to travel once in a month to client site as if now
