Workday HCM Consultant
Mode: Contract
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Hybrid role: 2 days work from office
Job Description:
For WD planning and extent: Workday development/config work to enhance existing Workday HCM suit according to needs, incl. config of Workday Advanced Compensation, WD Performance. Development of calculations, workflows, hierarchies, add-ons/step-outs as required with usage of Workday Extend/Adaptive Planning as applicable.
Tasks:
• Responsibility for maintenance and optimization of HR applications and solutions:
• Ensure compliance with agreed service levels, as well as regulatory and functional requirements.
• Delivery of enhancement projects, in the range of smaller changes up to mid-size/larger change initiatives
• maintain active systems and identify opportunities for efficiency within the current software platform
• testing and debugging
• Maintain and implement interfaces to ensure correct and reliable data flow between applications (involved code changes and configuration)
• Responsible for change management of production systems as well as L3-application-support.
• communicate and work closely with the planning team, including stakeholders, project manager, or other developer to gather the requirements and ensure success of the project
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
