2 yrs experience with SymmetricDS (https://www.symmetricds.org/) or Metl (https://www.jumpmind.com/products/metl/overview) Client facing, prod support role so comm should be good Jump Mind Symmetric DS Support Engineer Manage the resolution of incoming tickets to the queue for JumpMind support within defined SLAs. Provide technical consultation and advisory to partner teams on JumpMind products (e.g., JumpMind Commerce, Symmetric DS & Metl). Work with the various stakeholders as well as audit and compliance teams to support risk assessments, audits, and reviews Job Requirement. Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, team player, and ability to clearly document risk and controls.
