Role Details Role: Data Scientist Location: Remote (Anywhere in India) Experience: 4+ Years Domain: Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Life Sciences (Mandatory) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Work Shifts: Candidates should be comfortable working either: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM IST, or 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (Partial overlap with US Eastern Time) What We're Looking For We're seeking professionals with hands-on experience working with real-world healthcare data, not just general analytics. Mandatory Skills & Experience: 4+ years of experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, HEOR, or Real-World Data (RWD) environments. Strong programming skills in SQL and Python (or R). Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) and Medical/Pharmacy Claims Data. Expertise in developing clinical data algorithms, including: Line of Therapy (LoT) Cohort Construction Index Dating Clinical Event Algorithms Experience handling unstructured healthcare data, including: NLP outputs Clinical notes Biomarker data Text mining Strong understanding of healthcare data quality, transformation, and scalable data processing.
