About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Internal CRM: Replace Excel chaos, including call logs, prospect tracking, follow-up reminders, and pipeline visibility. Built for how a metals sales team actually works. 2. Enquiry-to-quotation AI: Parse incoming enquiries from WhatsApp, email, and forms. Extract specs, quantities, delivery needs. Autogenerate structured quotes backed by live pricing logic. 3. Operations dashboard: Give founders and ops real-time visibility including open enquiries, pipeline health, quote conversion rates. No more asking the sales team for updates. 4. SaaS productisation: Once it works internally, package it for other industrial procurement companies. You'll own the product roadmap and eventually the GTM thinking too.
