Software Tester ( Manual | Automation ) - ( 3 - 5 ) Years

About The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst with 3+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing test strategies, executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Experience working in Agile environments and testing web-based SaaS applications is preferred. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. Perform Manual Testing for web and SaaS applications. Develop and maintain Automation Test Scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks. Execute Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, API, and Cross-browser Testing. Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools. Identify, log, track, and verify defects using Jira or other bug-tracking tools. Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to understand requirements. Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and QA reviews. Ensure software quality throughout the SDLC and STLC. Generate test execution reports and provide quality metrics. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience with Selenium or Cypress Experience in API Testing using Postman. Good knowledge of SQL for database validation. Experience with Jira, TestRail, or similar QA management tools. Strong understanding of Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Functional, and Integration Testing. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.) is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience testing SaaS or B2B applications. Knowledge of Performance Testing tools like JMeter is an added advantage. Basic understanding of Git version control.
