Data Analyst

In this role as a BI (Business Intelligence) Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions to support data analysis and reporting. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, designing data models, developing interactive dashboards and reports, integrating data from various sources, optimizing performance, ensuring data governance, and providing documentation and training. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI solutions. - Design and develop data models that accurately represent business processes and ensure data integrity and consistency. - Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Sigma computing. - Integrate data from multiple systems to provide a comprehensive view of business performance. - Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks in BI solutions. - Ensure compliance with data governance policies and implement security measures. - Document technical specifications, data models, ETL processes, and BI solution configurations. - Ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and requirements. - Create and own Business/Functional Requirement Documents. - Monitor project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Qualifications and Skills: - Master's/Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant field with 2-4 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field. - Proven experience as a BI Developer or similar role. - Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with project management experience in implementing Platform Solutions. - Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. - Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes. - Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. - Experience with BI tools like Sigma computing. - Knowledge of data visualization best practices and ability to create compelling visualizations. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with data governance principles and security best practices. - Experience in managing implementation projects of platform solutions for U.S. clients preferred. - Exposure to the U.S. debt collection industry is a plus.
