Platform Engineer (Full Stack)

About Euro International School Euro International School is building its own next-generation technology platform to replace multiple third-party systems with one unified ERP. This platform will power student management, academics, HR, finance, transport, communication, and future AI-driven services. We are looking for a Platform Engineer who enjoys building products from scratch and wants to own features across the entire technology stack. Youll work directly on the core platform and play a key role in shaping the schools digital infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Design and develop backend APIs using Python (Django) and PostgreSQL. Build responsive web applications for internal staff using React. Contribute to the parent-facing mobile application using React Native. Design scalable data models and maintain database integrity. Migrate and integrate data from existing ERP and third-party systems. Collaborate with technical leadership on architecture and product decisions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and continuously improve engineering practices. Required Skills & Experience 12 years of experience building web applications. Strong understanding of React. Experience with Python & Django (or similar backend frameworks). Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL. Experience designing and consuming REST APIs. Understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications Experience with React Native. Exposure to AI/LLM APIs.
