About the internship: EV URJAA Pvt. Ltd. is a growing company in the Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure sector, specializing in the manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of EV Charging Stations and Battery Swapping Stations. The company focuses on accelerating EV adoption through innovative and sustainable mobility solutions across the electric mobility ecosystem. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of EV charging stations and related infrastructure systems. 2. Support installation and commissioning activities at project sites. 3. Participate in electrical design planning and technical documentation processes. 4. Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of EV charging and battery swapping stations. 5. Support system testing, inspections, and infrastructure upgrades. 6. Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution. 7. Participate in structured practical training related to EV charging infrastructure systems and field operations. 8. Support on-field operational activities and site-based technical assignments when required. Candidates pursuing or completed BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or relevant streams are preferred. 2. Final-year students or recent graduates with Electrical Engineering or Diploma backgrounds are eligible to apply. 3. Strong interest in the EV and renewable energy sector. 4. Willingness to work on-field and travel for project requirements when necessary. 5. Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and electrical infrastructure. 6. Understanding of troubleshooting techniques and electrical maintenance processes. 7. Familiarity with AutoCAD would be an added advantage. 8. Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities. About Company: EV Urjaa is an automotive firm dedicated to creating a hassle-free battery swap ecosystem for electric vehicles (EVs). EV Urjaa has identified over 3,000 e-rickshaws operating in Indore, highlighting the demand for instant charging solutions. To address this, they plan to establish multiple battery swapping stations across the city, dividing it into five regions to ensure comprehensive coverage. Their services cater to electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers, compatible with various vehicle brands. Internship role: Electrical Engineer Intern – EV Charging & Swapping Stations (GET – Graduate Engineer Trainee). 2. Internship location: Lucknow (On-site). 3. Internship duration: 6 months after successful completion of training. 4. Structured practical training duration: 45 days. 5. No training fee will be charged from candidates. 6. Training stipend: INR 1,500 based on actual field visits and performance. 7. Internship stipend after training: INR 8,000 per month (fixed). 8. PPO opportunities are available based on overall technical and operational performance during the internship. 9. Working days: Monday to Saturday. 10. Working hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
