Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer who will: Design scalable infrastructure Automate deployments Improve reliability & uptime Standardize multi-client environments Optimize performance & cost This role is deeply hands-on. You will design, build, and implement — not just architect. Roles & Responsibilities 1 Infrastructure Architecture Design scalable cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) Improve system performance & availability Build multi-tenant deployment templates Implement environment standardization 2 DevOps & Automation Build CI/CD pipelines Automate deployment workflows Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform / CloudFormation) Create rollback & disaster recovery strategies 3 Reliability & Observability Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting systems Improve incident response processes Define SLOs & uptime benchmarks Conduct post-incident root cause analysis 4 Performance & Optimization Database optimization API performance tuning Cloud cost optimization Load testing & stress testing 5 Security & Compliance Implement best security practices Manage access control systems Improve data protection standards Ensure readiness for enterprise/government compliance needs Skills & Expertise Required Core Technical Skills Strong experience in AWS / Azure / GCP Deep understanding of containerization (Docker) Experience with Kubernetes (preferred) CI/CD pipeline implementation experience Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation) Monitoring tools (Datadog / Prometheus / New Relic etc.) Experience with high-availability production systems System Knowledge Microservices architecture Load balancing API gateway management Database scaling (SQL & NoSQL) Caching mechanisms (Redis, etc.) Experience Required 5–9 years of experience in platform/DevOps roles Experience in scaling SaaS infrastructure Experience handling production systems with active users Startup experience preferred Experience supporting enterprise clients is a plus What Makes This Role Exciting Build the foundation of a scaling AI platform Direct ownership of infrastructure strategy Opportunity to design from early growth stage Work on large-scale event deployments Fast-moving, high-impact team Ideal Candidate Profile You: Think in systems & reliability Love automation Hate manual processes Believe in scalable architecture Want ownership beyond ticket resolution Compensation: The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's last drawn salary, relevance experience, skill set, and overall fitment for the role.
