Senior Fullstack Engineer

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer for our esteemed client, a leading technology-driven organization, your primary role will be to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. You will collaborate with design and product teams to ensure business-aligned development and participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technology decisions. Your responsibilities will also include optimizing system performance, integrating message-based architectures, and ensuring the quality and security of code following best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications - Collaborate with design & product teams to ensure business-aligned development - Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technology decisions - Optimize system performance and integrate message-based architectures - Ensure the quality and security of code following best practices Qualification Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in software development using Python/NodeJS & React - Strong backend development expertise in Python/NodeJS and frontend in React - Proficiency in TypeScript - Hands-on experience with message-based systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis - Strong knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL & NoSQL (MongoDB) - Education: BE/BTech from Tier 1 Colleges in any field or Tier 2 Colleges in only CS/IT branch - Work Experience: Must be from top global product companies or leading Indian startups Preferred Experience (Nice to Have): - Experience in FinTech, Payment, POS, or Retail products - Exposure to hybrid frontends like React Native, Electron - Experience with Payments/Banking/Wallet APIs If you meet the criteria and are ready for your next career move, apply now!
