Hinjewadi, Pune 6-Month Internship Stipend: 10,000/month BE/B.Tech, MCA, BCA, BSc Computer Science, MBA (Business Analytics), or any Engineering Graduate. Internship Objective Unlike a traditional QA internship, this program develops future Product Analysts who understand product design, business requirements, the customer journey, manual and API testing, AI-assisted documentation, and product improvement. You will work directly with the CEO, Product Team, Developers, and Customers to help shape our products. Key Responsibilities - Product Analysis: Understand business workflows, analyze customer requirements, study competitor products, identify product improvement opportunities, and prepare feature documentation. - Business Analysis: Write user stories, prepare acceptance criteria, create business requirement documents, and handle process mapping and workflow documentation. - Quality Assurance: Execute manual, regression, smoke, UAT, cross-browser, and mobile testing. - Documentation: Prepare test cases, test reports, release notes, product manuals, and knowledge base articles. - API Testing: Use Postman for API testing, JSON validation, REST APIs, and response validation. - Product Research: Research competitors such as GlossGenius, Fresha, Vagaro, Square Appointments, Mindbody, Stripe, Shopify, and Toast; identify missing features and recommend improvements. - AI Productivity: Use AI tools to write documentation, prepare u .
