Position overview: We are looking for a high-impact Program Management Advisor to drive execution, alignment, and governance across strategic initiatives spanning US and Hyderabad teams. This role operates as the central orchestration layer for both global programs and local GCC execution, ensuring that enterprise priorities are translated into structured delivery outcomes while also strengthening the internal Hyderabad operating model. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and transformationhelping translate enterprise priorities into structured, executable roadmaps and ensuring outcomes are delivered with speed, rigor, and clarity. Job Description & Responsibilities: Work closely with key US partners supporting the Hyderabad center setup and scaling efforts Establish and manage program governance, cadence, and status reporting Provide visibility into program progress, risks, and key dependencies Lead Hyderabad PMO activities, including regular reviews, tracking, and coordination across teams Partner with business, product, technology, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and progress Support portfolio tracking, prioritization, and capacity alignment within the GCC Help identify and manage risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies Support execution of cross-functional programs across US and Hyderabad teams Translate business priorities into clear plans, milestones, and delivery tracking Contribute to improving program management practices, execution consistency, and operating rhythm Experience Required: 1014 years of experience in program / project management or PMO rolesExperience managing cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organizationExposure to global delivery models (USIndia collaboration)Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and drive executionStrong working knowledge of program governance, tracking, and reporting practicesFamiliarity with Agile / hybrid delivery modelsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level interactions Nice to have: Prior experience in a Global Capability Center (GCC) environmentExposure to Data & Analytics, Digital, or AI programsCertifications such as PMP, Scrum, or SAFe Education Required: BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degreeProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus Additional Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into structured actionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management, including ability to simplify complex topics for leadership audiencesAbility to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail with focus on accuracy, tracking, and follow-throughStrong collaboration and facilitation skills across cross-functional teamsAbility to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to undefined or evolving requirementsComfort working in matrixed global teams and influencing without direct authorityProactive mindset with ability to anticipate risks and drive early resolutionStrong organizational and time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines across multiple workstreams Equal Opportunity Statement Evernorth is an Equal Opportunity Employer actively encouraging and supporting organization-wide involvement of staff in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to educate, inform and advance both internal practices and external work with diverse client populations. .
