A hundred thousand world-wide systems depend on you As a Forensics Software Engineer, you own the solutions for complex customer issues. Architecting innovative software and AI solutions to analyze and predict the health of global customer systems. You get new technical challenges every week as we have endless puzzles for you to solve You develop services for real-time predictive analysis of system behavior, and build software to proactively protect our customers. You get to work with and know engineering teams all across Pure as you work to resolve our customers problems. This is a fast-track to gain a broad understanding of our codebase, build your peer network, and develop skills for future growth at Pure. What You'll Do Leading investigations and engineering solutions for emergent issues. Acquiring a broad and deep understanding of Pure Storage's full software stack. Developing services and AI tools to diagnose and protect our growing fleet. Designing next generation analytics to monitor our fleets health and anticipate current problems. Representing our customers when presenting complex product issues & developing solutions with engineering peers. Representing Pure Storage Engineering in interactions with customers to enable million dollar deals. Participating in our on-call rotatio .
