Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Understand user workflows and pain points, and produce, test, and iterate on high-quality designs to solve user needs

• Translate highly complex use cases into flows that are intuitive for users

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, founders, and leaders across Everstage to craft a seamless world-class user experience

• Prototype user experiences for testing and internal communication

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of product design experience (web & mobile applications) at a product-driven tech company. B2B SaaS experience is a plus

• Solid visual design fundamentals and understanding of design concepts (space, typography, color theory, layout, etc. )

• The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment

• Effective communicator, presenter, and eager to give and receive feedback.

• Curiosity and creativity to test new ideas and innovate to improve business results

• Proficiency with Figma

• A self-starter mindset; you care deeply about crafting products to a world-class standard
