About the role
At Everydaysmile, we partner with the worlds leading Hospitals teams and healthcare innovators to modernize how digital technologies support patient care and clinical operations. As a Digital Health Strategist, you will help design, implement, and scale digital health solutionsincluding telemedicine, remote monitoring, wearable data, and mobile health platformsso they integrate seamlessly into clinical workflows and deliver measurable improvements in care delivery and outcomes. WHAT YOU'LL DO Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs for our product.Map complex healthcare workflows user journeysBuild and maintain a consistent design system and component libraryWork closely with developers and product stakeholders to deliver implementation-ready designsConduct basic user research and usability testing to validate design decisions WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 1+ year of UI/UX design experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or ERP softwareProficiency in Figma (primary tool); working knowledge of Adobe XD or SketchHands-on experience with prototyping tools (Figma Prototyping, InVision, Marvel, or similar)Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and auto-layout in FigmaUnderstanding of ERP module flows and healthcare-specific screens (EMR, OPD, pharmacy POS, inventory)Strong grasp of UX principles information architecture, user flows, accessibility (WCAG basics)Visual design proficiency: typography, spacing, colour, responsive layoutsBasic understanding of HTML/CSS (to communicate effectively with front-end developers) Min Requirements Figma Passionate about UI/UX Understanding fundamental design concepts such as color theory, typography, and composition Internship- Unpaid , Duration - 3 Months At Everydaysmile, we partner with the worlds leading Hospitals teams and healthcare innovators to modernize how digital technologies support patient care and clinical operations.
