Senior Software Engineering Project Manager

As a Senior Software Engineering Project Manager, your role will involve driving end-to-end software development, testing, and release activities across multiple engineering teams. You will be responsible for coordinating software, system, and manufacturing test execution activities, as well as managing and tracking deliverables related to automotive compliance and validation requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, timelines, and milestones will be a key part of your responsibilities. Your Key Responsibilities include: - Driving end-to-end software development, testing, and release activities - Coordinating software, system, and manufacturing test execution activities - Managing and tracking deliverables related to automotive compliance and validation requirements - Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, timelines, and milestones - Identifying program risks, dependencies, and technical roadblocks for timely resolution - Monitoring project progress and communicating status updates, risks, and mitigation plans - Leading technical review meetings, design discussions, status reviews, and release planning sessions - Ensuring software releases meet quality, performance, and schedule expectations - Supporting Agile program management practices and continuous process improvements Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in Software Project/Program Management - Strong experience coordinating QA, Test Automation, V&V/KPI Testing, and System Characterization activities - Proven experience managing complex software projects within tight delivery schedules - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), release management, and testing methodologies - Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, JAMA, Confluence, Smartsheets, and Spreadsheets - Experience working in Agile development environments - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of automotive standards and processes such as ASPICE, Functional Safety (FuSa), and Cybersecurity - Exposure to scripting or automation tools is an added advantage - Experience working with embedded systems, automotive software, or autonomous technologies is preferred Additionally, the job requires experience in QA, Automation, embedded systems, and automotive software.
