The role involves supporting, enhancing, and optimizing SAP Finance applications while participating in global SAP S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, provide functional expertise, and ensure solutions align with SAP standard best practices.Key Responsibilities:- Provide end-to-end support for SAP S/4HANA FI-AR applications, including issue resolution and system enhancements.- Configure and maintain FI-AR functionalities in line with business requirements.- Support global SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation initiatives.- Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring timely resolution.- Design and support reporting requirements within the SAP Finance landscape.- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, process documents, and solution specifications.- Execute and support testing activities, including system integration testing and user acceptance testing.- Conduct user training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to business teams.- Collaborate with business stakeholders across multiple regions to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.- Ensure SAP Finance processes adhere to standard SAP best practices.- Support integrations between SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications.- Mentor and guide junior consultants and project team members.Required Skills & Experience:- 10-12 years of overall experience in SAP Finance solutions.- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA FI-AR (Accounts Receivable).- Hands-on experience in SAP Finance application support, configuration, and enhancements.- Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.- Experience with Credit Management and Billing processes.- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Experience supporting global SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.- Knowledge of SAP integrations with third-party systems.- Experience in reporting, testing, documentation, and user training.- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders across regions.
