Junior Architect

About the job: Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support the design and project teams across various stages of architectural projects from concept development to execution.The role involves assisting in design development, preparation of drawings, 3D visualization, and coordination, while aligning with the organization's design philosophy and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Design & Development Support Assist Senior and Project Architects in developing design concepts and presentations Contribute to exterior design development, including elevations and fa ade studies Support preparation of schematic and detailed design drawings Drawings & Documentation Prepare and modify architectural drawings such as: Floor plans and Elevations Sections Detailed drawings Incorporate design revisions and mark-ups accurately Assist in preparation of project documentation, schedules, and reports 3D Visualization Develop 3D models and renderings for design visualization and client presentations Support exterior and fa ade visualization using rendering tools Site & Coordination Support Assist in coordination with internal teams and consultants Visit project sites for measurements, inspections, and progress tracking (as required) Learning & Development Participate in design discussions and brainstorming sessions Continuously upgrade skills in software, materials, and industry practices Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) 1-3 years of professional experience in architectural design Exposure to architecture and exterior/fa ade design Proficiency in: AutoCAD SketchUp 3ds Max / Lumion (or similar rendering tools) Basic knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and Indian building codes Strong design sense and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: Salary: ₹ 2,01,000 - 4,55,000 /year Experience: No experience required Deadline: 2026-09-02 23:59:59 Other perks: Informal dress code, Free snacks & beverages, Health Insurance Skills required: AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Autodesk Revit, Google SketchUp and Autodesk 3ds Max Other Requirements: • A strong portfolio showcasing design and visualization skills is mandatory • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Eagerness to learn and adapt About Company: Evode Private Limited is a design-driven firm focused on delivering innovative, functional, and high-quality architectural and interior solutions.
