Java Technical Lead Experience: 7-12 Years Location: Chennai / Mumbai Domain: Banking / BFSI Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Job Description We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to lead the design and development of enterprise applications in the Banking/BFSI domain . The candidate should have hands-on development experience, technical leadership skills, and the ability to mentor teams while delivering scalable and secure applications. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design and development using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices . Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance applications. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions. Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentor development teams. Integrate REST APIs, databases, and cloud-based services. Ensure adherence to Agile, coding standards, and best practices. Mandatory Skills Java 8/11/17 Spring Boot Microservices REST APIs Banking/BFSI Domain SQL (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL) Git, Maven, Jenkins Agile/Scrum Preferred Skills Kafka/RabbitMQ Docker & Kubernetes AWS/Azure CI/CD Pipeline Education B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech (Computer Science, IT, or related field) Note: Candidates with Banking/BFSI domain experience will be given preference.
