F&O SCM Functional Consultant (Hyderabad)

Hiring: D365 F&O; Functional Consultant (8+ Years) We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O; SCM Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing domains. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in D365 F&O;, business process analysis, solution design, implementation, and support. Key Responsibilities - Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements. - Conduct process discovery workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions for SCM processes. - Configure and implement D365 F&O; SCM modules based on business requirements. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Design end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing process flows, workflows, and controls aligned with industry best practices. - Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), solution blueprints, process maps, and enhancement/change request documentation. - Develop test scenarios, perform unit testing, support UAT, and assist in issue resolution. - Deliver user training sessions and prepare user guides and documentation. - Support change management initiatives and ensure user adoption of current processes and system enhancements. - Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout implementation and support engagements. - Provide post-go-live and application support, including issue analysis, triaging, and timely ticket resolution. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and status review meetings. - Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to stakeholders. - Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions leveraging D365 F&O; capabilities. - Stay updated with Microsoft product enhancements and propose relevant improvements to clients and internal teams.
