Automation Engineer, RPA

We are hiring an Automation (RPA & Intelligent) Engineer with a product engineering mindset to drive automation initiatives within our organization, leveraging expertise in solution design and programming. You will play a key role in building and managing scalable automation solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration focused on execution automation excellence within our organization. What You Will Be Doing: Contributing to the refinement of our automation vision, emphasizing collaboration, continuous improvement, and learning within the team. Drive development, deployment, testing, and delivery phases of automation projects. Identify automation opportunities, troubleshoot solutions, and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement innovative automation solutions aligned with business objectives. You Will Need This to Be Successfu l :3-4 years of overall software engineering experience with at least 2+ years of SME knowledge in Automation Anywhere (Automation 360) – preferred /UIPath/Blue Prism/Low Code-No Code or custom frameworks .Strong programming skills with a focus on solid, secure, performant, and clean code practices. Experience in developing enterprise automation solutions .Ability to deliver software and artefacts which are stable, reliable, and scalable independently within self-organizing Agile teams .Plan and identify solutions and risks in assigned work .Knowledge of design patterns is desirable .Excellent design, coding, debugging, problem solving and analytical skills with a product engineering mindset .Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders .Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and a commitment to fostering a low ego, high-performance culture .Good to have exposure on the Microsoft technology stack (C#, ASP.NET & SQL Server) .
