Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in data engineering, specializing in building AI solutions using Microsoft Foundry and Microsoft AI SDKs including Azure AI Search - Solid understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, embedding models - Experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems using frameworks such as Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and/or LangChain - Proficiency in Python, and/or SQL - Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar data platforms - Knowledge of Azure Infrastructure and Azure DevOps - Exposure to Azure IaC (e.g. Terraform, Bicep) - Strong analytical thinking and structured, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a high level of customer orientation and service mindset Qualifications Required: - Architect, build, and optimize AI agents and agentic workflows using Microsoft AI Foundry, Microsoft Agent Framework, and Azure Logic Apps - Architect end-to-end AI solutions integrated with enterprise data sources - Develop integration workflows connecting AI agents with productivity tools and custom APIs - Stay current with the rapidly evolving Microsoft AI ecosystem and evaluate emerging capabilities - Collaborate closely with the sales team to present architecture concepts, solution scenarios, and demos to clients - Represent Evora (Connect) as a thought leader by conducting workshops, publishing expert content, speaking at conferences, and actively shaping the data and analytics community The company values collaboration, commitment, evolution, entrepreneurship, happiness, and trust.
