Information Technology Manager

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Information Technology Manager to lead our global IT function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving IT strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, governance, infrastructure management, and service delivery while leading a high-performing global team. Key Responsibilities Define and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals. Develop and manage enterprise technology roadmaps. Lead digital transformation and modernization initiatives. Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications, and end-user computing. Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems. Drive cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance programs. Establish IT governance, policies, and operational standards. Lead and mentor distributed global IT teams. Manage large-scale IT projects, budgets, vendors, and technology partners. Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver technology-enabled solutions. Drive process improvements, automation, and innovation across IT operations. Desired Candidate Profile 15+ years of progressive IT experience. 5 to 8 years in senior IT leadership roles. Experience leading global and multicultural IT teams. Proven experience in enterprise IT operations, cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
