About the role
As a Network Administrator at our company, your primary role will be to maintain, upgrade, and manage the Network Infrastructure. You should have 4 to 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructure Support. Your responsibilities will include: - Troubleshooting and diagnosing network issues and driving resolutions for the problems. - Interacting with international teams and customers to ensure consistent customer satisfaction. - Demonstrating a strong knowledge in Palo Alto Build activities. - Working with routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, LSP, and various VPN technologies. - Implementing switching techniques like VLAN, VTP, STP, and ISL/Ether-Channel. - Having practical experience with a wide range of Juniper products and PA Firewalls. - Understanding and troubleshooting various networking concepts and protocols. - Configuring and troubleshooting F5 load balancers LTM/GTM. - Using utilities like nslookup, traceroute, ping, net stat, and packet sniffers for network troubleshooting. - Applying network security knowledge and understanding mitigation techniques for various attacks. - Being open to working 24x7, including night shifts. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in handling Juniper, Palo Alto, Cisco, and F5 load balancers. - Willingness to work in the regular US time zone. - CCNA/CCNP, JNCIA certification is an added advantage. - Good knowledge and experience in Routers and Switches. - Experience in managing a 24x7 onsite-offshore operation. Your expertise in network troubleshooting, WAN environments, routing protocols, and switching technologies will be valuable in resolving escalated circuit problems and using monitoring tools effectively.
