Our expertise lies in enabling solutions for a safer and cleaner world through the convergence of mechanical, electronics, software, and digital engineering and Responsibilities: As a Software Development Engineer-Site Reliability, you will be responsible for building software to support operations and maintenance teams. Your duties will include participating in on-call support, monitoring system availability, resolving escalation issues, documenting knowledge, conducting training, and ensuring the performance and quality of distributed software applications. You will also be responsible for Azure and AWS resource delivery and automating team and user onboarding.Candidate Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a related field. You should possess a solid understanding of cloud-based infrastructure, programming languages like Python or Java, networking, load balancing, web application architectures, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and monitoring and alerting solutions such as Thousand Eyes, Grafana, AppD, and Introscope. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, background in ITIL or ITSM, and strong communication and collaboration skills are also desired.Required Skills: - Site Reliability Engg - AWS - Azure - DevOps advantage - Monitoring Solutions .
