Summary of Role As a CLM Functional Consultant, you are a strategic translator between complex business processes and the technology that automates them. You will lead the configuration of leading Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, guiding clients through a fundamental transformation of their legal and business operations from kickoff to go-live. Your Impact & What You'll Do Configure Solutions : Lead the hands-on setup of platforms like Icertis, Agiloft, or ContractPodAI to solve specific client business challenges. Bridge the Gap : Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured and executed. Manage Quality & Testing : Drive functional validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee the system is reliable and ready for launch. Enable Adoption : Provide client training and create clear documentation to ensure long-term success and software adoption.
