Landscape Architect

As a Landscape Architect at our company based in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in designing aesthetically pleasing and sustainable outdoor spaces for residential and commercial real estate projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing conceptual and detailed landscape designs for various projects - Collaborating with architects, engineers, and consultants for integrated project design - Ensuring compliance with local regulations and project-specific guidelines - Overseeing landscape design implementation and coordinating with contractors - Conducting site assessments, soil analysis, and feasibility studies - Preparing presentations, mood boards, and design documentation - Representing as a landscape design expert at internal and external meetings - Delivering project work within agreed deadlines and budget - Verifying specifications and quantity computations for landscape works - Reviewing shop drawings and resolving site queries - Assisting liaison team with statutory queries - Periodic site visits to ensure design intents are met - Finalizing material requirements for procurement - Reviewing material submittals from vendors - Responding to RFI and resolving site queries - Coordinating with technical consultants and specialised teams - Providing project updates and reports to management Qualifications and Work Experience: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture - 8-12 years of relevant experience in landscape consultancy or real estate development - Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite - Strong knowledge of landscape architectural design and hardscape materials - Familiarity with local development regulations and environmental norms If you are a creative and detail-oriented professional with a passion for landscape design and a strong technical expertise, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
