Exide Energy Solutions Limited is looking for 5S Specialist in the Manufacturing organisation to achieve companys goal at the Devanahalli, Bangalore Location. Job Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore We are currently hiring for the following positions ManufacturingTeam: 5S Control Specialist - AM - /DMLead the implementation and deployment of 5S programs across production lines, warehouses, laboratories, and maintenance areas to improve workplace organization, efficiency, and operational discipli ne.Conduct regular 5S audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions to sustain compliance, continuous improvement, and workplace standards.Develop and maintain visual management systems including shadow boards, labeling systems, floor markings, and standardized workplace controls.Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS teams to integrate 5S, Lean, Kaizen, and safety practices into daily operations and SOPs.Ensure all 5S activities and workplace conditions that may directly or indirectly impact product quality are identified, controlled, and prevented through proper housekeeping and process discipline.Train and coach employees on 5S principles, Lean methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives, while monitoring performance metrics, preparing management reports, and ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards Requirements: Must have 6-15 yrs experience with B.E / B.Tech. Diploma / B.Sc Graduates are not eligible. .
