Technical Lead - Dot Net

What We're Looking For We are seeking a proactive and skilled Technical Lead with hands-on experience in .NET technologies and strong leadership capabilities. The candidate should be comfortable leading a team, managing client interactions, and delivering high-quality solutions on time. Required Skills & Qualifications Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, C#, ADO.NET, and VB.NET Proficient in MVC , Entity Framework , and Web API for RESTful services Experience with development tools like SVN/Tortoise SVN and JIRA Strong knowledge of OOPs concepts, databases, HTML, XML, AJAX, JavaScript, and JQuery Experience with Design Patterns such as Singleton, Factory, Observer, or Abstract (at least one) Exposure to AngularJS is a plus Good understanding of WCF, Web Services, and LINQ Proven ability to lead a development team, including mentoring juniors, task briefing, and code review Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and project discipline Experience handling client deliverables and conducting client calls independently Ability to attend and interact in Pre-Sales calls Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients for requirement gathering and analysis Perform detailed technical analysis and prepare technical designs Lead and manage a team of developers; mentor juniors by briefing tasks, reviewing work, and providing feedback Prepare external documentation such as Requirement Specifications, User Manuals, System Manuals, and Technical Documentation Develop internal documentation including Project Plans, Database Designs, and Functional Designs Conduct code reviews and suggest improvements aligned with best practices Ensure timely delivery of client projects and manage project status communication Participate in Pre-Sales activities and client discussions Summary Position: Technical Lead - Dot Net Location: Pune Experience: 5-7 Years Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech in CSE, IT, or related fields Open Positions: 2
