We believe in empowering talent, and as a UX/Interaction Designer, you will be at the forefront of shaping intuitive and impactful user experiences. What We Are Looking For We're seeking a creative thinker and design enthusiast who: - Has a passion for UX and visual design - Understands interaction design and user-centered principles - Can manage the big picture while focusing on design details - Is capable of working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment Key Responsibilities - Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces - Create polished interaction designs, visuals, and high-fidelity prototypes - Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality user experiences - Translate complex business requirements into intuitive UI/UX solutions - Build interactive prototypes using HTML/CSS/jQuery - Contribute to and maintain a single code base for consistent UI across platforms (desktop, mobile, native app) - Conduct user testing and iterate designs based on feedback Desired Skills and Experience - 25 years of experience in designing complex web and mobile applications - Strong visual design and communication skills - Proficiency with tools like Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Pixate, Framer - Experience with HTML, CSS, jQuery is a plus - Ability to simplify complex information for usability - Prior experience in a startup workplace is a bonus - Passionate about usability, user research, and user-centered design principles - At Exioms, we are building the next generation of FinTech solutions at a global scale.
