About the role
Common Skillsets:
4+ years of experience in analytics, Power BI, Excel, SQL and associated data visualization jobs.
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Good knowledge of data visualization and SQL
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Should be able to work on a problem independently and prepare client ready dashboards/reports with minimal or no supervision
Explore automation opportunities and develop solutions using Power App, Power Automate
Ability to create new data models over PBI or experience with creation of semantic layer
Ability to apply RLS to control accessibility and manage reports over dedicated PBI workspaces
Good communication skill for client interaction
Data Management skillset:
Ability to understand data and corresponding data type, format, value, quality expectations, standards etc.
Reconcile, validate in excel and identify data issues, data quality issues and report out the same
Should have strong grasp of SQL functionalities (joins, nested query, and procedures); SQL optimization knowledge or analytical views creation knowledge
Strong ability to translate functional specifications / requirements to technical requirements
