As a Healthcare Analytics Project Lead in our team, your role will involve overseeing and leading medium-sized projects, setting and maintaining healthcare analytics standards, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment in healthcare analytics practices. Key Responsibilities: - Lead medium-sized healthcare analytics projects effectively. - Oversee healthcare analytics standards and maintain documentation. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. - Collaborate with other departments for seamless alignment in healthcare analytics practices. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in Healthcare, Business, Data Science, or a related field. - 3-4 years of experience in healthcare analytics or data analysis. - 2-4 years of experience using Microsoft SQL Server (version 2008 or later). - Proficiency in creating and maintaining complex T-SQL queries, views, and stored procedures. - 0-1+ year experience in advanced ETL development, including dataflow transformation tasks. - Strong knowledge of descriptive statistical modeling methodologies such as classification, regression, and association activities to support statistical analysis in various healthcare data. - Familiarity with Data Warehousing concepts and various data forms like star and snowflake schemas. - Proficient in Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel. - Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills. - Ability to compile data, create reports, and present information using tools like query, MS Excel, SSRS, Tableau, PowerBI, etc. - Capability to translate business needs into practical applications. - Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple concurrent projects effectively. - Team player mindset with flexibility to take on diverse projects.
