As a Business Intelligence (BI) Architect at our company in Noida, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing BI solutions to meet the organization's business needs. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing BI architecture and data models like star schema and snowflake schema to support reporting and analytics. - Defining and developing ETL processes to consolidate data from various sources into a central data warehouse or data lake. - Evaluating and selecting BI platforms, tools, and technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, and Snowflake. - Developing and enforcing data governance, data quality, and metadata standards. - Collaborating with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Optimizing existing BI systems and creating new dashboards, reports, and KPIs to drive business decisions. - Ensuring scalability, performance, and security of BI architecture. - Leading or contributing to data modernization and cloud migration initiatives. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in BI development and architecture with expertise in data modeling and analytics. - Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView. - Strong skills in SQL and data integration tools such as SSIS, Informatica, and Talend. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies like Snowflake, Redshift, and BigQuery. - Familiarity with data governance frameworks and security best practices. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred qualifications include experience with scripting languages for data manipulation and automation, knowledge of machine learning pipelines, and certifications in BI or cloud platforms.
