Solution Architect - Data & AI Solutions

As a Solution Architect in this role, your main responsibilities will include: - Partnering with sales and industry teams to design client-ready demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical solution blueprints. You will present complex architectures in a clear, business-outcome-driven manner to both executive and technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will contribute to RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and deal shaping, acting as a trusted advisor in client conversations, highlighting differentiators of Data & AI Solutions. - Architecting distributed, scalable, and resilient data and AI platforms for presales demonstrations. You will design abstraction layers for multi-model AI orchestration, including fallback logic, dynamic model switching, and cost control. Leading the implementation of event-driven architectures using messaging frameworks and state machines will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will build reusable, industry-specific demo environments leveraging hyperscaler services and data platforms. - Defining and enforcing observability standards for demo and enterprise environments, including logging, tracing, telemetry, and real-time alerting. Implementing zero-trust security models and ensuring compliance with standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC2 in all demo and client environments will also be essential. - Collaborating with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Governance teams to align demos with business/regulatory needs. Working with IMUs (verticals) to build domain-specific demo templates and providing hands-on support to engineering teams during delivery, troubleshooting, and performance tuning will be crucial for cross-functional collaboration. - Staying ahead of hyperscaler advancements, AI/ML frameworks, and orchestration patterns. Driving technical due diligence, PoCs, and vendor/platform evaluations, creating technical artifacts, and mentoring presales engineers and junior architects in solution design and client presentation skills will be part of your innovation & technical leadership responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications preferred in Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes / CNCF ecosystem, and Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, SAFe). Skills and experience needed for this role are: Must-Have Skills & Experience: - 15+ years in software architecture, presales engineering, or enterprise data/AI platform design. Hands-on expertise in at least two hyperscaler platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP. - Proven experience architecting distributed systems, microservices, and scalable AI/ML platforms. - Strong knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata, Lineage, and DataOps. - Expertise in event-driven systems, asynchronous workflows, and observability stacks. - Advanced programming skills in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Go. - Familiarity with Kubernetes, service mesh, serverless design patterns, CI/CD automation, and client engagement skills. Preferred Skills include experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms, data mesh, knowledge graphs, frontend architecture patterns, building presales demo environments, and exposure to agentic AI concepts and LLM-based orchestration.
