Principal Gen AI Product Manager, EMAP

Role Overview: The Principal GenAI Product Manager EMAP at Experian will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the AI-enhanced product strategy across the Ascend and Fraud portfolios. This specialist position within the EMAP Product Management team focuses on embedding Generative AI capabilities into core products, driving innovation, and enhancing customer propositions across diverse EMAP markets. You will operate horizontally across various teams, acting as a bridge between global GenAI strategy, regional priorities, and market execution. Key Responsibilities: - Own the regional GenAI product strategy and roadmap for EMAP, incorporating customer needs, regulatory requirements, and global GenAI priorities - Identify and leverage opportunities where Generative AI can enhance customer outcomes, product differentiation, and operational efficiency - Lead the discovery of high-impact GenAI opportunities, define clear value propositions, and drive productisation of GenAI capabilities - Work with markets and regional functions to scale GenAI use cases across EMAP, focusing on customer-facing innovation and productivity enablement - Partner with Engineering and Data Science to embed GenAI capabilities into existing products, ensuring explainability and alignment with product operating models - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and GTM to shape AI-driven value propositions, pricing inputs, and adoption models - Ensure governance, risk, and responsible AI principles are embedded into product design and delivery - Co-create GenAI capabilities with clients, engage with external GenAI providers, and act as a GenAI product ambassador for EMAP Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager or Principal PM - Strong expertise in product discovery, productisation, and outcome-based prioritisation - Deep understanding of Generative AI concepts, patterns, and limitations - Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical, customer-ready product features - Experience in communicating complex technical concepts to various audiences, including senior stakeholders and technical teams - Experience in operating within regulated or high-trust environments is advantageous Additional Information: Great compensation package and discretionary bonus plan, along with core benefits such as pension, health insurance, life insurance, Sharesave scheme, and more.
