As a software engineer at Experian, you will be responsible for applying advanced knowledge of software engineering principles to design and deliver scalable, resilient, and maintainable applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing cloud native solutions using Microsoft Azure, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance. - Ensuring applications meet both functional and non-functional requirements through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to quality standards. - Writing high-quality, performant, and secure code in C# and .NET, following established architectural patterns and coding practices. - Leading the design and development of RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures. - Developing relational and non-relational data models using SQL Server and other data platforms. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's in computers or Master's degree preferred. - 7+ years of professional .NET development and architectural experience. - 2+ years of experience with Azure cloud solutions. - Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, MS SQL Server, T-SQL, and relational database design. - Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and ReactJS. - Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, Docker, and containers.
