The candidate should have expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs, MLOps, and cloud platforms, along with strong technical leadership experience. Develop Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI applications. Design and optimize LLM-based applications using RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, and orchestration frameworks. Design and implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. Review AI models, code, and system designs to ensure quality and best practices. Lead AI platform modernization and optimization initiatives. Ensure AI governance, explainability, compliance, and ethical AI practices. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to deliver AI solutions. Mentor AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Developers. Conduct technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions. Participate in technical hiring and team development. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives. Drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) and strategic AI transformation programs.
