Role: Java Support L2 / L3 Engineer Experience: 6+ Years Job Type: Permanent Location: Bangalore Shift: General Shift Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Responsibilities Analyze, debug, and resolve application issues. Support application reliability, scalability, and performance. Escalate issues to development teams and manage incidents. Automate manual support processes. Collaborate with development teams to resolve recurring issues. Write code when required to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Prepare documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles. Required Skills 6 - 10 years of L2/L3 Application Support experience. Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux. Experience with Java or any object-oriented programming language. Good understanding of relational databases. Strong coding and debugging skills. Excellent communication skills.
