Position: Manager Healthcare IT Infrastructure & Networks Experience: 10+ Years Location: Mumbai Job Type: contract to Hire(C2H) Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Job Summary We are looking for a Manager Healthcare IT Infrastructure & Networks with 10+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise IT infrastructure across hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory centers. The role involves managing data centers, networks, Wi-Fi, end-user computing, cybersecurity, physical security systems, and IT infrastructure projects while ensuring high availability, security, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, Wi-Fi, data centers, and WAN/LAN connectivity. Manage end-user computing, collaboration tools, telephony systems, and endpoint security. Oversee cybersecurity controls, firewall management, physical security systems, and regulatory compliance. Support smart clinic technologies, structured cabling, BMS integration, and IoT readiness. Lead infrastructure implementation projects, vendor management, BOQ preparation, RFP evaluation, and deployment activities. Maintain infrastructure documentation, asset management, and operational standards. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure across multiple locations. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Network Management. Strong expertise in: Servers and Data Center Infrastructure LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and Network Management Firewalls and Network Security End-User Computing and Endpoint Security Telephony and Collaboration Tools Cybersecurity and Physical Security Systems Vendor Management and Infrastructure Projects Experience in multi-site IT infrastructure environments. Knowledge of healthcare IT infrastructure is preferred. Experience with BOQ preparation, RFP evaluation, documentation, and asset management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics Preferred Certifications CCNA / CCNP ITIL VMware Cybersecurity Certifications
