Title: Senior Security Engineer Industry: Insurance Location: Remote (28 approved states) Type: 12 month contract

Must haves: Hands on PingOne Cloud Exp SSO Implementations (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC) Identity Federation and authentication flows. ​​​​​​​Risk and based authentication and policy config.​​​​​​​ Key Responsibilities Administer and manage PingOne services, including tenant configuration, policy design, and optimization Design and implement SSO and identity integrations (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC) for enterprise and customer-facing applications Configure authentication flows, access policies, and risk-based controls Manage user lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and identity synchronization Develop reporting, monitoring, and metrics for operational and security visibility Troubleshoot and resolve complex CIAM/PingOne issues Collaborate with business, security, and IT teams to onboard applications and ensure alignment with security standards Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and procedures Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of information security engineering experience, or 6+ years equivalent experience Hands-on experience administering PingOne Experience with: SSO (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC) Identity federation and authentication flows Risk-based authentication and policy configuration User lifecycle and identity data management Strong understanding of IAM architecture across cloud and on-prem environments Knowledge of network and security technologies (TCP/IP, SSL, IPSEC, encryption, system hardening) Experience troubleshooting authentication and identity issues in enterprise environments Preferred Qualifications Degree in Computer Security, Computer Science, or Engineering Deep expertise with PingOne (administration, application onboarding, policy design, troubleshooting) Experience with CIAM or workforce IAM solutions Familiarity with API-based integrations and identity orchestration Scripting/automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, APIs) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to lead initiatives and work independently Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+, IAM certifications)
