Quality Assurance - Mid-Level

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Quality Assurance - Mid-Level to join their team. As a Quality Assurance - Mid-Level, you will be part of the Sales and Service Technology department supporting software quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Quality Assurance - Mid-Level Location: Southlake, TX (On-site 3 days per week) Pay Range: $60/hr What's the Job? Develop and enhance automated test plans and solutions supporting distributed Java Web Service applications. Collaborate with agile team members to implement software that meets functional and performance requirements. Interact with business stakeholders and technology teams to define and execute test cases. Utilize testing tools such as Swagger, Postman, JMeter, and Rest-Assured to ensure software quality. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes within a dynamic environment. What's Needed? Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance for distributed applications across the full development lifecycle. Experience with RESTful API testing, TDD, BDD, and performance testing tools. Familiarity with Java Spring Technology Stack and Pivotal Cloud Foundry. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams. What's in it for me?
