SAP CO (S/4HANA) Consultant

Position: SAP CO (S/4HANA) Consultant Employment Type: Permanent Experience: 4 - 8 Years Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Pune / Mumbai / New Delhi Shift Timings: General Shift Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Job Summary We are looking for an SAP CO (S/4HANA) Consultant with 48 years of experience in SAP Controlling. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Product Costing, Material Ledger & Actual Costing, CO-PA (Profitability Analysis), and Make-to-Order (MTO) / Make-to-Stock (MTS) processes. A minimum of one end-to-end SAP CO implementation in ECC or S/4HANA is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration Configure and support SAP CO processes in ECC and S/4HANA. Work on: Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Internal Orders Product Costing (Standard & Actual) Material Ledger & Actual Costing CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) Margin Analysis (S/4HANA) Configure CO master data, cost elements, activity types, allocation cycles, assessment and distribution cycles. Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects. Business Analysis Conduct requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis. Translate business requirements into SAP CO solutions. Recommend standard SAP best practices. Testing & Documentation Prepare and execute Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT. Conduct end-user training. Prepare process documentation and SOPs. Production Support Support month-end closing activities. Resolve issues related to: WIP Variance Calculation Settlement Overhead Calculation Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation. Integration Work with FI, MM, PP, and SD modules for end-to-end integration. Coordinate with ABAP and Fiori teams for enhancements. Required Skills 48 years of SAP CO experience. Minimum one end-to-end implementation in SAP ECC or S/4HANA. Strong experience in: Product Costing Material Ledger & Actual Costing CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) Margin Analysis MTO and MTS processes Cost Allocations Settlements Overhead Calculations Experience in FI/MM/PP/SD integration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or Engineering. SAP CO Certification preferred. Experience with S/4HANA Controlling. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
